Brian Alister Abram, 41, of Holly Grove, passed away on Sunday, October 29, at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock.
Brian was born September 16, 1982, in Little Rock, Arkansas to Fred Abram Jr. and Addie Hayden-Abram.
Brian was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church, Holly Grove Arkansas where he served as the church musician. He also served as a musician for several churches over the years, Travelers Rest MB Church of Stuttgart, Travelers Rest MB Church in Alport, I John MB Church of Holly Grove and First Baptist Church of Pine City.
Brian received his formal education from Holly Grove Public Schools. He was a 2000 graduate of Holly Grove Public School. He later went on to attend University at Pine Bluff for 2 years and Philander Smith College in Little Rock for 1 year.
Brian was employed with Riceland Foods in Stuttgart and Producers Rice Mill where he worked until his health began to fail.
His Parents: Reverend Fred Abrams Jr. and Addie Hayden-Abram, one brother Harold Glass; his grandparents: William Henry Hayden Sr. and Ruthie B. Starr and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Abram Sr. have all joined Brian in the life everlasting.
Survivors are his two sons: Keyston Murry of Forrest City, AR, Jordan Abram of Holly Grove, AR; two daughters: Jasolyn Abram of Holly Grove, AR, Xylen Polk of Little Rock, AR; Grandmother: Katherine Hayden of Holly Grove, AR; six uncles: James Starr of Wichita, KS; James Hayden of Denver, CO; William (Dorothy) Hayden Jr. and Willie (Geraldine) Hayden Jr. both of St. Louis, MO; John (Jackie) Hayden of St. Louis, MO; Charles Hayden of Holly Grove, AR; two aunts: Ida Ruth Starr-Burress of Memphis TN, Joann (Jeffery) Hayden-Collins of Stuttgart, AR; one God brother: Herman Hampton Jr of Holly Grove, AR; five God sisters: Ellen (Norman) Lee, Phyllis (Roderick) Henry, Mary (Rodney) Smith, Idell (Brian) Stokes and Emma (Alvin) of Marino Valley, Ca; and one special cousin: Troy (Joyce) Loving of Chicago, ILL and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be on Saturday November 11 from 6 until 8 PM at First Baptist Church, 156 Mimosa in Holly Grove. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, November 12, at 2:00 P.M. at First Baptist Holly Grove, with Reverend Ronald Laurent officiating. Interment will take place at Pine City Cemetery, Padget Road in Pine City by C.J.
