Charles Edward Neal

Charles Edward Neal, 45, from Wheatley passed away on March 30 at UAMS in Little Rock.

Charles was born on May 15, 1979 in Stuttgart, Arkansas to Clarence Edward Neal and Donna Sue George.

Charles received his education from Stuttgart Public Schools and Des Arc Public Schools.

Charles was united in holy matrimony to Misty Hill in 2018.

"Crazy C" as he was affectionately known he was an employee at Specialty Rice as a packer for more than 3 years. He was formerly employed with Lennox Industries in Stuttgart for 7 years.

His grandson Ja'Mir Jones: his parents Clarence Neal and Donna George and his paternal grandparents who raised him Cleo Virginia Neal and Clarence Neal Sr. all proceeded Charles in death.

Survivors are his wife of 7 years Misty Neal of Wheatley, AR: two sons: Camedyn Neal of Stuttgart, AR and Cody Ray (Monica Matthews) Caskey of Wheatley, AR; one daughter: Abigail (Daylon Conway) Hill of Wheatley, AR; five grandchildren: Kendall Hill, Synia Hill, Summer Caskey, Jay Jones Jr. and Deylahn Hill all of Wheatley, AR; one sister: Misty Smith of Vidor, TX and his in-laws Glenn and Nettie Hill of Wheatley, AR and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 4, from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm at CJ Williams Funeral Directors Chapel, 124 S Main St, in Brinkley.
