Donald Wayne Bonds Sr.

Donald Wayne Bonds Sr., 62, of Biscoe passed away on Monday, February 10 at Baptist Health Medical Center in North Little Rock.

Donald was born on March 22, 1962, in Brinkley, Arkansas to Billy Bonds Sr. and Irene Berry-Bonds.

Donald received his education from the DeValls Bluff High School District. He was a proud graduate of DeValls Bluff High School class of 1981.

Donald was a lifelong member of the St. John Missionary Baptist Church of Biscoe, Arkansas.

Donald was united in holy matrimony to Barbara Brewer in July 1984. To this union three children were born.

In his earlier years Donald was employed by the IC Company School Bus Manufacturing of Conway. He retired in 2007, due health reasons.

His parents Billy and Irene Bonds; three siblings: Harold Bonds, Michael Bonds, and Billy Bonds Jr.: nephew DeCarlos Bonds and niece Erica Bonds all preceded Donald in death.

Survivors are his wife Barbara Bonds of Biscoe, AR; his son Donald (Everlena) Bonds Jr. of Biscoe, AR; two daughters Jasmine Bonds and Daija Bonds both of Lonoke, AR; five grandchildren: Quintin Bonds, Kamari Bonds both of Biscoe, AR, Keira Alford, Chelsea Coleman and Chase Coleman all of Lonoke, AR; two brothers: Bobby (Allean) Bonds Sr. of Biscoe, AR and Carl Bonds of Biscoe, AR three sisters: Ira Jean Bonds of Chicago, IL, Debra Bonds-Barnett of DeValls Bluff, AR and Joyce Bonds of Biscoe, AR; an aunt Lela Hendricks of Chicago, IL, an uncle Ronnie Moore of Mariana, AR; Sisters in Law: Alfreda Brewer, Theresa Brewer, Vivian Bonds and Josie Brown-Bonds. Brothers in law Dwight and Christopher Brewer and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on February 22 at 2:00 PM at DeValls Bluff High School Auditorium, 710 East Sycamore Street in DeValls Bluff.
