Frank Dearl Robinson Sr

Frank Dearl Robinson, 84, of Des Arc passed away Tuesday, October 8 at his home in Des Arc.

Frank was born on October 31, 1939, in Des Arc , Arkansas to Aught Robinson and Willie Mae Williams-Robinson.

Frank attended school in the Biscoe Public School District.

Frank of a faithful member of the Riverside Church of God in Christ in Des Arc for more than 30 years.

Frank was united in holy matrimony to Dezola Humbert in April 1972.

In his earlier years "Slow Poke" or "Kema" as he was affectionately known worked with Tom Rowe Trucking more than 30 years. He later became his own boss with Frank Robinson Trucking where he worked for more than for 15 years before retiring.

His wife of 50 years: Dezola Robinson; his children: Fabian Robinson, Reba Robinson and Rodney Robinson; his siblings: Walter Robinson, Woodell Robinson, Mark Robinson, L.C Robinson, Mamie Robinson, and Arthena Rogers, all proceeded Frank in death.

Survivors are his five sons: Dearl (Makeshia) Robinson of Cotton Plant, AR; Aaron Robinson of Des Arc, AR; Kevin Humbert of Stuttgart, AR; Myron Robinson and Kenneth Earl Robinson both of Little Rock, AR; five daughters: Janice Saxton of Beebe, AR; Carol (Myron) Jones of Little Rock, AR; Aline (Richard) Woods of Batesville, AR; Veronica McCoy of Des Arc, AR; Tywana (Martin Luther) Anderson of Des Arc, AR; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; two brothers: Joe Bob Robinson of Des Arc, AR and Willis Robinson of Little Rock, AR; one sister: Gladys Johns of Kansas City, MO and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 19, at 11:00 AM at Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church, 209 East Clair Street in Des Arc with Reverend Norman Miles serving as Eulogist.
