Gregory LeMont Williams

Gregory LaMont Williams, 54 of England (Allport Community) passed away on Sunday Morning, November 17 at his home.

Gregory was born June 12, 1970 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Junior Williams and Bertha Mae Rogers-Williams. 

Gregory received his early education from the Humnoke Public School system.

Gregory was a lifelong member of East Macedonia Baptist Church in England, Arkansas, where he was baptized by Pastor Clifton Hayes.

His father Junior Williams; his brother Junior Darnell Williams; and his girlfriend Janie Fonzo all preceded Gregory on death. 

Survivors are: his mother Bertha Mae Rogers-Williams of Allport, AR; four sons: Gregory Jr., Jordan, Zaylon, and Parin; and three daughters: Veronica, Treasure, and Aaliyah. Gregory was also blessed with 12 grandchildren: his siblings: Debra Williams of Allport, AR; Carolyn (Emmanual) Edwards of Kansas City, MO; Gwendolyn Williams of Allport, AR; and Che’waun Stewart of Sikeston, MO; his nieces and nephews: Javas Leavy, Jarvas Leavy, Jackson Grayson, Gloria Williams-Hernandez, Derrick Williams, Brittany Williams, Belonda Franklin, Latoya Williams, Junior Darnell “Tre” Williams, and Shan Mays, Baylee Henderson, and Taivonia Berry, and Monica Henderson.

A visitation will be held on Friday evening, November 22, from 6 PM until 8 PM at C.J. Williams Funeral Directors Chapel, 206 West Washington in Stuttgart. Funeral services will be held on Saturday morning, November 23 at 10 AM at East Macedonia Baptist Church, 101 A Street in England with Pastor Clifton Hayes officiating.
