Harold Thomas Collier

Harold Thomas Collier, 69, of Norfolk, Virginia formerly of McCrory passed away on Sunday, February 16 at his home.

Harold was born on April 9, 1955, in McCrory, Arkansas to Archie Collier Sr. and Searcy Lee Jackson-Collier.

Harold received his education from McCrory School District. He was a proud graduate of the McCrory High School class of 1973.

Harold was united in holy matrimony to Keturah Bowie in 1988.

Harold was employed as a Counselor with at a Youth Correctional Facility in Norfolk.

His parents Archie and Searcy Collier and his siblings Ella Collier-Austin and Archie Collier Jr. all preceded Harold in death.

His survivors are: his wife of 37 years Keturah Collier of Norfolk, VA; two sons: Zimran Collier and Zidkijah Bowie of Norfolk, VA; one daughter: Keneisha Bowie of Norfolk, VA; three grandchildren: Daden Osborne, Davian Osborne, and Adriyel Williams; his brother: Billie Collier of Searcy, AR; four sisters: Ivory Harris of Sterling Heights, MI; Juanita (Charles) Andrews of McAllen, TX; Judy Belle of Searcy, AR and Shirley (Albert) Jones of Rio Rancho of NM and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 11, from 9:00 AM- 10:00 AM at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 411 East Main Street in McCrory with funeral services to follow at 10:00 AM with Minister Billy Collier serving as eulogist.
