Hazel Lee Chunn

Hazel Lee Chunn,73 of Brinkley, (Fargo, Community) passed away on Tuesday, May 23, in her home at Brinkley.

Hazel Lee Chunn was born January 27, 1950, in Fargo, Arkansas to T.J. Chunn Sr. and Lydia Huntley-Chunn.

Hazel was a lifelong and faithful member of Union Baptist Church of Fargo.

Hazel attended the Brinkley Public Schools. She was 1969 graduate of Marian Anderson High School.

Hazel was employed at Sweetheart Manufacturing of Chicago, Ill for (35 years) until she retired in 2013. She then relocated back to Arkansas.

Her parents; three Siblings: Tereatha Chunn, John Chunn and Rebecca Chunn preceded Hazel in death.

Survivors are: her son Kent Chunn of Brinkley, AR; two grandchildren: Marvell Quinn of Chicago, Ill; and Gabrielle Morman of Forrest City, AR; three brothers T.J. Chunn Jr. and Douglas (Cassie) Chunn both of Brinkley, AR; and Curtis (Denise) Chunn of Fargo, AR; two sisters: Catherine Chunn of Fargo, AR; Nina (Clifton) Avant of Marion, AR and a host of other relatives and friends.

A public viewing will be held on Friday evening, May 26 from 6 PM until 8 PM at C.J. Williams Funeral Directors and Cremations, 124 South Main Avenue in Brinkley. Interment will be Private.
