Lacesha Rochellle Morman

Lacesha Rochelle "Kesha" Morman 43, of Brinkley, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday April 24 in Brinkley, Arkansas.

Lacesha or "Kesha" was born June 27, 1980 in Forrest City, Arkansas to Murphy Morman Sr., and Vera Lee Scales-Morman.

Lacesha received her education from the Brinkley High School system. She was a proud 1998 graduate of Brinkley High School.

As a child, Kesha and her family attended the Church of Christ in Brinkley, Arkansas.

Kesha recieved certification as a Nurses' Assistant. She was formerly employed as a Certified Nurse Assistant at Good Shepherd Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Little Rock, AR, before returning to Brinkley to live.

Her parents Murphy Morman Sr., Vera Lee Scales-Morman; maternal grandparents Luvenia Scales, Willie C. Scales; and paternal grandfather Elmo Morman; also, best friend Alexis Wallin preceded Kesha in death.

Survivors are: sons Trevon Morman, Sanatra Brandt and Jason Glass Jr. all of Fayetteville, AR; grandchildren: Sa'Naij Brandt and Jae'Lonie Jackson both of Fayetteville, AR; brothers: Kalvin Morman of Little Rock, AR, Willie Morman of Los Angeles, CA, and Murphy (Marilyn) Morman Jr. of Hot Springs, AR; sister: Theresa (Anthony) Howard of Little Rock, AR; paternal grandmother Florida Morman of Brinkley, AR and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 11 at 2:30 PM at the Brinkley Convention Center 1501 Weatherby Drive in Brinkley with Pastor Berkie Burnett serving as eulogist. Interment will take place at Memorial Park Cemetery in Brinkley by CJ Williams Funeral Directors and Cremations 124 S.
