Lavonzella Shonta Jackson

Lavonzella Shonta Jackson, 54 of North Little Rock, passed away on Monday evening, January 22 at her home.

"Von" or "Vonzella" as Lavonzella was lovingly called, was born November 15, 1969 in Brinkley, Arkansas to Lonzella Ewing and Arthur Crenshaw.

Lavonzella was raised in Cotton Plant and attended the Cotton Plant Public Schools. She was a 1988 graduate of Cotton Plant High School. She went on to continue her education by attended the online University of Phoenix, where she earned a degree in Business Management in 2012.

Lavonzella was a member of Abundant Grace Christian Church in Little Rock, where she has been a member since 2002.

Lavonzella was employed as a Retail Sales Associate at Walmart in Little Rock for more than 28 years, where she was still working.

Three grandchildren: A'Niyah Dilworth, Deziner Jackson and Dinvar Jackson; her mother Lonzella Ewing, grandmother Erma Ewing, two brothers: Johnny Ewing and Desmond Ewing all preceded Lavonzella in death.

Survivors are: her sons Daniel "Dan" Jackson of North Little Rock, AR; two daughters: Dominice (Michael) Huggins of Houston, TX and Ricketta Dilworth of North Little Rock, AR; thirteen grandchildren; her father Arhtur (Earnestine) Crenshaw of Cotton Plant, AR; four brothers: Anthony Chunn of Brinkley, AR; Timothy Sellers of Russellville, AR; Arthur Sellers of Fayetteville, AR; and Lester Ewing of Houston, TX; her sister Yolanda Ewing of Little Rock, AR; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday morning, February 3 at 10 AM at Abundant Grace Christian Church, 9901 Leah Lane in Mabelvale with Reverend Jeffery Smith officiating. Interment will take place a Arkansas Memorial Gardens, 8507 AR-161 in North Little Rock by C.J.
