Sereka Tanshay Anderson

Sareka Tanshay Anderson, 31 of Little Rock, passed away on Wednesday, October 4 a t her home.

Sareka was born March 21, 1992 in Chicago, Illinois to Sarena Anderson and Norris Davidson Sr. She was raised by her maternal great grandmother Maggie Anderson.

Sareka received her early education from the Chicago Public Schools. She was a 2010 graduate of Thornton High School in Harvey, Illinois. After relocating to Arkansas, she went on to attend Eastern College of Health Vocations in Little Rock where she earned an Associate's Degree.

Sareka worked as a Sales Associate for Walmart in Stuttgart, Arkansas for several years, before her health began to fail.

Her stepfather Willie Watson, maternal grandmother Mary Joe Anderson; paternal grandparents Elmeree Davidson and Addie Mae Davidson; maternal great grandparents: Raymond Anderson and Maggie Neal Anderson all preceded Sareka in death.

Survivors are: her parents: Sarena Anderson of Stuttgart, AR; Norris Davidson Sr. of Gary, IN; her companion Stefoni Dukes of Little Rock, AR;  seven brothers: Victor Davidson Sr., Norris Davidson Jr. and Chris Brown all of Chicago, IL; Kevionte' Anderson of Plainview, TX; Vashawn Jones of Pine Bluff, AR; Donnell Murry of Searcy, AR and Micah Brown of Gary, IN; three sisters: Alicia Davidson of Gary, IN; Kierra Brown of Matteson, IL and KeKee Brown of Chicago, IL; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday afternoon, October 21 at 2:30 PM at the Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church, 506 East Walnut Street in DeValls Bluff with Reverend Tony Haskins officiating. Interment will take place at Harrison Cemetery in Biscoe by C.J.
